About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
  • Manage an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians through direct access channels.
  • Use NextGen or similar EHR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with NextGen or similar EHR systems preferred.
