About the role
You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours.
- Rotating Saturday availability (about once per month).
- Potential 4×10 schedule options.
- Typical schedule examples: M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th shorter clinic hours.
Qualifications
- New graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply, especially for larger clinics that offer structured mentorship programs.
