About the role

You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Preferred Experience

  • Outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, spine care, total joint replacement, elbow & hip rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, or OrthoBiologics.
  • Comfort working with a broad patient age range, approximately elementary-age through older adults.

Position Details & Clinical Setting

  • Facility type: Outpatient clinic located in Montgomery, TX.
  • Shift: Days. Typical schedules include 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Offers flexibility on schedules.
  • Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Option to work four weekdays plus Saturday; if working Saturday, receive one weekday off.
  • Caseload: 12–14 patients per day with tech help.
  • Team: Montgomery clinic staff includes multiple PTs and PTAs and therapy technicians. Staffing model supports PTs and PTAs working collaboratively.
