Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Federal Way, WA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the position
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings preferred
- Ability to deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care and adhere to risk-stratified protocols
- Comfort with productivity expectations based on optimal dosage models (45–60 minute sessions)
- Willingness to use clinical productivity and efficiency tools such as electronic documentation platforms and practice support systems
- New graduates (0–3 years) and experienced clinicians (3+ years) are encouraged to apply
