Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with support from AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical experience or readiness to manage orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related patient populations.
• New graduates will be considered.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 visits per week; expected visits are 60 per week.
• Typical daily patient volume ranges from 10–16 patients depending on compensation tier and performance incentives.
• Comfort documenting care in Raintree EMR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
