About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adapt treatment methods based on patient feedback and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
