Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
• Work with a broad patient age range, approximately elementary-age through older adults.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, PTAs, and therapy technicians.
• Offer services in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, spine care, total joint replacement, elbow & hip rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, or OrthoBiologics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, spine care, total joint replacement, elbow & hip rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, or OrthoBiologics preferred.

• Comfort working with a broad patient age range, approximately elementary-age through older adults.

Schedule

Typical schedules include 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Offers flexibility on schedules.

Location

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic located in Montgomery, TX.
• Shift: Days.
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Option to work four weekdays plus Saturday; if working Saturday, receive one weekday off.
• Caseload: 12–14 patients per day with tech help.
• Team: Montgomery clinic staff includes multiple PTs and PTAs and therapy technicians. Staffing model supports PTs and PTAs working collaboratively.
