About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will provide physical therapy services in a home care setting to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home care setting.
- Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions.
- Cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties.
- Work days with a weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Ability to cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties.
- Willingness to work days with weekend rotation.
