About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will provide physical therapy services in a home care setting to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in a home care setting.
  • Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.
  • Work with patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions.
  • Cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties.
  • Work days with a weekend rotation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties.
  • Willingness to work days with weekend rotation.
