Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage long-term conditions
• Provide orthopedic clinical care as needed
• Participate in a structured 1-year mentorship program and scheduled training components
• Work flexible hours to accommodate appointments or family obligations
• No weekends

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License required to start the position
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Orthopedic clinical experience preferred or demonstrated interest in orthopedic outpatient care
• Willingness to participate in structured 1-year mentorship program and scheduled training components
• Open to relocation candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience with dry needling certification
