Physical Therapist – Hospital-Based (Inpatient/Outpatient) We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time hospital-based role in Guymon, OK. The clinician will provide inpatient and outpatient care to help patients restore mobility, manage long-term conditions, and recover from injury. The position offers a flexible schedule. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Oklahoma state license is required to start the position.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience providing care in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.Experience with documentation in an electronic medical record system preferred.
