Physical Therapist - Full Time
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
About the role
Physician-owned PT/OT outpatient clinic treating orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and sports injury patients. Clinic is expanding into a larger space and growing the team due to staff relocations.
Responsibilities
- Help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance function
- Treat orthopedic, post-operative, general musculoskeletal, and sports injury caseloads
- Communicate directly with physicians and collaborate with other disciplines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
Qualifications
- Preferred: at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or sports-related clinical experience
- New graduates will be considered
- Experience with CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures
- Knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing, and Workers’ Compensation requirements
