About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises and interventions
  • Document patient progress in electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
  • Active Indiana State PT license required to start the position
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
  • Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
