About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Document patient progress in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana State PT license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
