About the role

A full-time outpatient Physical Therapist is sought to assist patients in improving movement, alleviating pain, and maintaining activity levels. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to support recovery from injuries or management of chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapy programs
• Help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve functional goals
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution
• Active State License
• BLS Certification (may be required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
