Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview

Provides specialized physical therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Collaborates as a co-leader within interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring quality care and effective communication of discharge and care strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and establishes tailored treatment protocols.
• Administers therapy interventions utilizing appropriate techniques and protocols.
• Develops, documents, and communicates personalized care and discharge plans.
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants and performs related duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure required in the practice state.
• CPR or BLS certification mandatory.
• Preferred: At least two years of physical therapy experience.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, documentation, and teamwork.
