Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical functioning and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and services

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• New Mexico licensure and CPR certification required
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
