Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

Provides physical therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary treatment teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans using appropriate techniques and tools.
• Delivers therapy interventions following established protocols and communicates care plans effectively.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants and performs other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent; licensure required.
• Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Licensure in practice state; CPR/BLS certification as per policy.

Skills

• Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Ability to supervise assistants and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to safety, including vaccination requirements.
