Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the Role

The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. They serve as co-leaders in interdisciplinary patient care teams, ensuring individualized treatment and discharge plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques.
• Administer therapy interventions following established protocols.
• Document clinical activities accurately and within deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in applicable states and CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age requirement of 21.
• Must meet organizational vaccination policies and participate in E-Verify.
