Physical Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

This full-time Physical Therapist position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, primarily for developmental and orthopedic pediatric patients. The role includes evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and delivering therapy tailored to discharge needs and functional goals. Collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams is essential, along with delegating tasks to assistants and documenting care activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate and consult with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate interventions appropriately based on competency levels.
• Complete documentation per departmental policies.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
