• Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults
• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

What You'll Need

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• A current CPR certification
• Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm

Pay

Salaried with benefits, or available as FOX Flex (PRN) positions where you will be paid per visit.
