About the role
As a founding clinician at Myo's new Los Angeles clinic in Manhattan Beach, you'll play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture. You'll be part of a high-calibre group of clinicians shaping the Myo experience from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and meaningful client relationships.
- Work closely with clinicians, Front Desk teammates, and clinic leaders to create a seamless client experience and strong clinic culture.
- Own your caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and clinic growth.
- Take initiative in supporting community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.
- Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a growth mindset to mentorship, feedback, and continued development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
- Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
- Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.
Qualifications
