About the Role
Join SERC Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, as a Physical Therapist in the Belton, MO and South Kansas City, MO area. We are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, to deliver outpatient orthopedic care while advancing your career with competitive pay, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
Pay
Competitive salary range: $77,000–$95,000, plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus program (over 90% of clinicians qualify).

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
