About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time float Physical Therapist to provide coverage to our Southern Delaware teams in Lewes, Milford, Millsboro, and Seaford. This role is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, thrives in different clinical settings, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across several communities while treating a wide range of patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy across multiple clinics to provide coverage for PTO, medical leaves, and staffing gaps
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
