We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our practice in Fitchburg, MA. We welcome full-time, part-time, and per diem Physical Therapists with outpatient orthopedic experience, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Our caseload is varied, ranging from seniors and post-surgical cases to high-level athletes. We also offer specialty services including Pilates, dry needling, vestibular therapy, amputee rehabilitation, and aquatic physical therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Conduct patient consultations: review health and medical histories, perform exams, assess medical records/imaging, and determine the reason for the visit.
- Consult with referring physicians or healthcare teams regarding diagnoses as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
- Assist patients through all phases of treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, modern modalities, and activities of daily living.
- Compose discharge notes, refer patients to outside resources as necessary, and educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Document treatments, patient conditions, and responses to care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients to create a positive experience.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active PT license in Massachusetts.
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available.
- Office hours: Monday through Friday.
Pay
Total compensation ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 (base plus bonus, depending on experience).
