About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join its team in Fayetteville, AR within its Senior Living Community. The company pioneers Geriatric House Calls™, providing one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities to combat ageism and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to older adults in their homes
• Drive positive patient outcomes through clinically excellent interventions
• Facilitate an interdisciplinary approach with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes
• Create, control, and alter your own treatment schedule

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Passionate about geriatric care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs

Pay

• Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits
• PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit)
