This is a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in neck and back care, built for physical therapists who value hands-on treatment and clinical excellence.
We’re looking for skilled manual therapists with training and certification in trigger point dry needling (TDN) who want the time and support to truly treat—not rush. With an average of just 11 patients per day and a low volume of workers’ comp and MVA cases, you’ll enjoy a focused caseload and meaningful patient connections.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Training and certification in trigger point dry needling (TDN)

Pay
$80,000 - $95,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
