Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives. Additional compensation opportunity for certifications.
