Physical Therapist (DPT/PT/RPT) Needed – Homosassa, FL 34448 Home-Based Therapy Services Compensation: $110 per Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

Pay

Compensation: up to $110 per evaluation and treatment of hospice patients
