Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• All remedies are as allowed by state licensure boards and practice acts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience and/or Education: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
• 2+ year experience with Wound Care
