Physical Therapist(DPT,PT,RPT) :in a home setting in Lillian, AL to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats Hospice patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a AL Physical Therapist
