Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Holding your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a AL Physical Therapist

PRN therapists are part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. They can accept or decline cases based on their availability.
