Physical Therapist, DOR

This is a Perm placement position.

Salary range: OT - $27-$30/hour, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, no weekend rotation.

This facility is conveniently located off Interstate 77, just 15 minutes north of the capital city, Charleston, West Virginia. We have been a part of the community for 18 years. We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for patients requiring post-hospital care, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term residents.
