About the role

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinics. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
  • Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
  • Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
  • Pursue professional growth through workshops, conferences, and community involvement.
  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel tasks.
  • Collaborate with teammates to enhance clinic culture and personal development.

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • A passion for learning, growing, and making a difference.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a physical therapy clinic.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
