Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager

About the role

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinics. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through participation in professional affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance clinic culture and personal development.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
