About the role
This position serves as the clinic manager for ApexNetwork Physical Therapy, overseeing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient referral processes.
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the clinic.
- Train and mentor physical therapists and support staff.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters, or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or a foreign-trained equivalent by date of hire.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with healthcare software and technology.

Pay
Starting Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate clinic needs.
