With expertise spanning orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop clinicians, drive clinic growth, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and team success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Passion for developing others required
