About the Role

Oasis Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for an outpatient orthopaedic practice in Pasco, WA. The role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities, focusing on developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high‑performing clinic culture.

Compensation

• Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000
• $20,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient‑centered environment with high standards for clinical care
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
• Partner with regional leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Leadership experience preferred
• Passion for developing others (required)
