About the role

As a Clinic Director and licensed Physical Therapist, you will lead, mentor, and support your clinical team while providing direct, evidence-based patient care. You’ll oversee clinic operations, build referral relationships, and partner with leadership to drive growth and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
• Develop your leadership and clinical skills through professional development programs

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required

Pay

Maryland pay range: $85,000–$100,000 USD per year. Full-time positions may also participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans. Estimated pay ranges are based on experience, credentials, certifications, and geographic location.
