About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Clinic Director to lead our team at Drayer Physical Therapy, 526 W Reservoir Rd, Woodstock, VA 22664. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Lead clinical and non-clinical teams in a values-driven environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
