Physical Therapist (CHT) - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist (CHT) to take on a full-time role with an outpatient private practice in Starke, FL. You will provide outpatient orthopedic care, including hand therapy. This position requires a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care, including hand therapy.
• Split-site coverage between two clinics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida PT license required to start the position.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Comfort treating pediatric patients at the Starke location preferred but not required.
• If not interested in pediatrics, pediatric caseload is optional.
• Familiarity with WebPT or willingness to use WebPT EMR.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Experience with WebPT or willingness to use WebPT EMR.
• Familiarity with WebPT or willingness to use WebPT EMR.
