Physical Therapist - Chesapeake, VA

About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. We are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services to older adults in their communities to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes
• Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions
• Engage in an interdisciplinary approach with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes
• Create, control, and alter your own treatment schedule

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Passionate about improving the quality of life for older adults
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using clinical software and technology
