About the role
Assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice. Provide quality treatment to patients and educate and support them and their families including written instructions as necessary. Maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
