Physical Therapist
Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Responsibilities
- Performs physical therapy assessments and interventions
- Develops and implements treatment plans
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly
- Documents patient care activities and outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
Qualifications
- Experience in providing physical therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $36.00 to $52.14. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
Schedule
Full Time Days schedule is offered.
