Physical Therapist Center Manager - Sports

About the role
Join us as a Center Manager in a sports-focused outpatient clinic offering residency programs, leadership growth opportunities, and involvement with two local high school athletic programs while treating a dynamic orthopedic patient population. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience including sports medicine are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
- At least 1 year of experience including sports medicine

Pay
Salaried, starting at $90,000 and up, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $350/month student loan repayment.
