Physical Therapist - Casual - Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and managing discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Handling documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties related to patient care.
• Demonstrating effective communication, professionalism, and supervising support staff such as aides and volunteers.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
• Complying with organizational policies, ethical standards, and scope of practice.
• Participating as a clinical instructor or committee member and pursuing relevant certifications to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Education from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Additional certifications such as Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) preferred.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $38.22 to $57.33 per hour.
