Position Overview
Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, implements evidence-based interventions, and manages patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts patient assessments, documents and manages administrative tasks
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicates professionally
- Supervises support staff
- Coordinates with physicians to ensure cohesive care
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure in the state
- BCLS certification preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills essential
Additional Details
- May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in departmental activities
- Casual/PRN role with flexible hours
- No weekend or holiday requirements
