About the role

Physical Therapist in outpatient rehabilitation, focused on improving patient outcomes through hands-on care, education, and prescribed movement. Collaborates with a team of therapists and assistants to treat diverse patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and reassess progress regularly.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures.
• Prepare timely documentation and communicate with healthcare providers about patient care.
• Maintain departmental policies, participate in educational activities, and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.
• New Mexico Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification at hire.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
