We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions.Educating patients and caregivers, managing discharge planning, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.Handling administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and supporting ancillary duties.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.Supervising support staff and demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.Supporting patient care across departments as needed, including inpatient acute care activities like equipment coordination and care transitions.Participating in departmental committees, serving as clinical instructor, and pursuing credentialing or certifications for professional growth. Qualifications Include Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).Current licensure in the state.
