About the role

Cynergy Rehab Group is an established company that prioritizes pediatric therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients with various conditions.

Responsibilities

- Assess patients to determine their physical limitations and needs. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals. - Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and home programs.

Requirements

- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist. - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. - At least one year of clinical experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
