This position is located in Aiken, SC.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for:

• Assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
• Determining a treatment plan based on assessment and evaluation.
• Performing interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being.
• Evaluating the patient's progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology Required.
• Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school Required.
• No prior work experience required.

Licenses and Certifications

• Physical Therapist (PT) license Required upon hire.
• CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification Required upon hire.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Required upon hire.
