About the role
This is a role for physical therapists who value clinical reasoning, autonomy, and depth of care. At VSI Physical Therapy, physical therapy is fully integrated into a collaborative spine and musculoskeletal care model. Therapists treat complex cases in a 1:1 setting, with the time and support to think, reassess, and treat the whole human—not just the diagnosis.
Responsibilities
- Treat complex cases presenting with spine pain and post-surgical cases, including scoliosis, instabilities, and myelopathies.
- Manage cases with central sensitization and chronic pain, as well as multi-joint, vestibular, TMJ, headache, and concussion conditions.
- Utilize adjunctive technologies such as BFR, shockwave, laser, aquatic treadmill, and hyperbaric oxygen to support care, while maintaining sound clinical judgment.

Qualifications
- Current license to practice physical therapy in your state.
- Experience treating complex spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to think critically about patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
